Even though it was just a short trip to Arlington, Zero had stocked Dave with snacks, a cooler full of drinks, and entertainment--such as 'Teach Yourself Guitar' and 'Drumming Made Easy.' Now all she needed was the band.

Dear squall, she hoped the band showed up.

A few minutes after Anders arrived, Bel shimmered in beside him. "You forgot something aside from permission," he said, then grabbed Anders, drew him against him, and gave him a big smooch.

Okay, maybe making Parker's head explode was a factor in choosing to do this.

"Ow." Parker pinched the bridge of her nose. "Ow. Ow. Ow. PDA time out, seriously!"

Hey, like Anders cared what factors were involved in this? Because seriously, yay kissing. Hell, he was even ignoring Parker's protests.

. . . okay, so maybe he was amused by her protests, which was why he chose to make the kiss last as long as possible.

"Behave yourself while I'm gone," he said with a wink.

Bel couldn't help but smirk at Parker when he was finally done. "What's the matter?" he said. "It's just a kiss, not like I'm bending him over the hood of the van or something."

Parker rolled her eyes. "I may be all in favor of boykissy under normal circumstances, but anything you do, up to and including the bend-and-spread? Automatically gets an ew." She stuck out her tongue in the Persian Cat-Face Expression of You Don't Expect Me To Eat That.

"Oooh, the hood of the van -- could you?" Anders asked, smirking evilly.

Bel glanced from Anders to Parker. "I don't know, how long before you leave?" he said.

"NO!" Zero shrieked. "NOT MY VAN!" Daisy or not, she would be forced to kill him.

"I take it you two have stopped pretending you're not interested in each other then?" Dean observed.

Making Parker's head explode was one thing, but Bel had forgotten about an additional audience. "It's a recent development," he said as casually as he could.

Dean smirked. "For your conscious minds maybe, but you two were all over each other when you were half asleep back in Vegas."

Bel flailed a little. "That was an accident!" he protested.

"You and Blair were awfully snuggly," Bel retorted.

"Ew," Zero said, and, "What the squalling squall is he doing here?"

"I'm not allowed to see him off?" Bel said innocently.

"Yeh, all right," Zero said begrudgingly. "But no funny stuff!"

"I promise," Bel said solemnly, failing to hide his smirk.

"No molesting the van, check," Bel agreed.

Alec cocked his head slightly, watching with a mix of curiosity and confusion. "Was there a sudden attack of glitter or something?"

Bel cleared his throat. "Not exactly," he said.

"A guy can't send his boyfriend off without attracting so much attention?" Bel said, still having a little trouble with the b-word. And nevermind that he had done it deliberately to poke at Parker.

At which point Chad took note of everyone's reactions to this and realized that now could probably be a good time to relocate to the otherside of the van and do something similar and then some with Teddy...either way, in-depth conversation with Anders over, definately time to seek out boyfriend and glomp accordingly.
