"Did I hear something about a job?" Peter asked, as if he hadn't really heard it.

But he had. And he was watching the dance. Because it was amusing.

Zero bounced. "I got the job!" she informed him. You know, in case he didn't know.

"And what job is this?" Peter asked, making for convenient exposition.

"You," Zero said proudly, "are looking at the new personal assistant to the personal assistants of the cast of Supers."

"Congratulations," Peter beamed. "My girlfriend's officially in the television business. Can we start acting like bigshots now?"

"Whaddaya mean 'acting?'" Zero asked. "We're already the best thing ever happened to this town!"

"You're right. We're totally big shots," Peter said. "I say we spend all weekend strutting around like we own the place."

"I certainly plan to," Zero said. "Except I have to be at work at six-thirty tomorrow mornin'. So the struttin' will have to wait 'til Saturday."

"I have two labs and have to stop at the paper in the afternoon, and then I was hoping to patrol a little in the evening," Peter said. "So Saturday works better for me, too. But still, total big shots."

"We should go out to dinner. You know, somewhere bigshot-y. Like In 'n Out Burger." Ah, college.

"I'll call the press so they know to send photographers to document our awesomeness."

"Our swerval selves will be splashed across every gossip site around," Zero said gleefully. It was fun being silly. Plus, she had a job!

"I'll have our driver pull the car around," Peter said.

In a mock whisper, he asked Zero, "Wanna get the van so we can go celebrate?"

Zero whispered back, "I would, but have you seen the price of gas?"

"That leaves walking - which really isn't very big shotty," Peter said. "Or a celebratory ride on the Spidey express - which is for big shots, but requires anonymity meaning that nobody knows you're a big shot. It's your special day, so it's your choice."

"We can walk," Zero decided. "My hair isn' very anonymous."

"At some point, we should get you a wig or something for any potential swing-time," Peter said. "Ready to go?"
