Music Room, Saturday Morning

Zero opened the door to the music room and peered inside. "Hello? If I'm not supposed to be here, someone kick me out now." Nothing happened immediately, so she carried her guitar in, then went back for the coffee.

Let the rehearsing begin.

"Sorry about the early hour," Zero said to Chad. "I was afraid people'd be doin' stuff later on."

"Swerval." Zero held out a copy of "The Final Countdown" with hand-written alterations scribbled on it. "This is that song we've gotta play."

Chad scratched his head; the whole thing looked like scribbles to him.

"Uhhh..." Should he say something? Or just follow along like he always did? Would they be able to tell? People seemed to think he was good, so maybe he could fake this well enough.

"...I can't read sheet music...."

"That's fine, just improvise, an' I can try to teach you or whatever," Zero said agreeably. "Improv is swerval."
