As the group entered the store, they were greeted by a crowd of women, all waiting to meet Angelica Demesnes. Large tables held copies of all her books for those who hadn't brought their own, including the brand-new Crown Diamond. Zero gleefully snatched up a copy of her very own.

"And it's always nice to meet one of my fans," Angelica said, still rubbing her head from where that odd girl had thwacked her with a book. "Well. Usually it is."

She passed the book over. "My name is Angela, and could you sign on the page with the map on it?"

"Oh, yes, of course. I'm fine." Angelica flipped to the page with the map and wrote, 'To Angela, from Angelica. Enjoy! ♥ ♥

"Thanks," Angela said. She had one more question, and she knew it was silly, but she had to ask. "So ... I want to be a writer someday. Do you have any advice?"
