Sometime during class hours, a rather large package has arrived in the lobby with Zero's name on it. It had damn well better contain a TV. However, Zero may be tough, but she's still kind of wee.

She dashes up the stairs to the best second floor and calls out (ironically):

"Oh, is there no strong male to help poor little me?"

Anders cheerfully bounces down the stairs after Zero. "So what is it that you need lifted, anyway?"

"Oh, cool. I got mine a couple weeks ago." Anders suddenly looks worried. "But, um, when it comes to hooking it up you're on your own. Had to get Cally to do that, 'cause I was kinda lost."

He walks over and looks at the box, then leans down and experimentally lifts it a foot or two off the ground. "Aw, this should be a piece'a cake. You might have to watch out around corners for me though."

"Sure, that works," replies Anders with a chuckle as he lifts the box. It's actually a little heavier than he let on, but hey, it's only to the second floor, right? Luckily he does have enough good sense to stop and make sure he knows which way to the stairs before he does his heavy lifting thing, so he's able to make it to the stairwell without much of a problem.

"Um, Zero? Let me know if, y'know, anyone's coming the other way?"

There's a muffled laugh from behind the box trailing up the stairs after Zero. "Cool," says Anders, carefully feeling his way up the steps with his feet, since his face is kind of smashed against the side of the box at the moment. "'cause you know what happens if somebody makes her cry."

"Right, right. But you'd make sure someone exacted vengeance for me, right?" Anders can sort of see the walls from his cramped vantage point, so that kind of helps, but he's still following Zero's voice.

And hoping it's not too much farther, because okay, the box really is a bit heavier than he figured at first.

With a grunt, Anders carefully lowers the box to the floor and shoves it through the doorway, because it's easier than trying to maneuver through the doorway holding it and possibly squashing himself.

"Now we just hope we didn't get it all the way up here and it's not your TV," he remarks, straightening up and shaking out his arms. "And hey, we get a bunch of stuff to fix at ABC-DC, but most of it's kinda small, and I don't wanna lose my heavy lifting edge, you know? So I'm always glad to help with stuff like this."

"Cool!" Anders bounces up and down on his toes a little bit. "You want me to haul the box and packing stuff down to the trash for you, or you gonna hang on to it for a bit, just in case?"

"Cool. Enjoy your TV, then." Anders smiles back and leaves a couple of gumballs for Zero before heading out to get food.
