At the end of the day, Zero closed up the library and headed back to her room when something red and waxy swooped out of nowhere. "Hey! Get away from me, you--waxbinder! Oi!" Her flailing did little to dissuade the mad crayon.
After the crayon was finished, she had 'A for effort!' scribbled on her right cheek. It was kind of crooked because she kept swatting at the crayon. She ducked into the girls' restroom to check it out in the mirror, and decided it wasn't worth getting worked up over. It'll be there for the rest of the day, and possibly tomorrow, depending on how tenacious the pigment is.
